Looking for a career in customer service? Probe North America LLC in Lewisville, TX is hiring Full Time Customer Support Associates to join our new call center team. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of Probe CX's client in the North American market, providing world-class customer service to our valued customers.

In this role, you'll respond to inbound digital interactions, including web forms, apps, and social media, and perform administrative duties. We're seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is motivated to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using MS products/Google and call center tools and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Responding to customer service inquiries
  • Updating customer accounts with appropriate notes and details
  • Escalating critical issues to team leaders when required
  • Ensuring the communication flow process is followed as per the QA guidelines, and
  • Ensuring a fun and healthy workplace for all employees

Key Skills and Capabilities:

  • Excellent customer service knowledge and skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with organizational peers
  • Efficient and accurate typing ability (minimum 50 WPM)
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills

Qualifications and Typical Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in a financial/collections and/or customer service account (desirable)
  • Previous BPO and/or contact center working experience (desirable)

Other Position Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma
  • Able to pass a employment, criminal and credit background checks
  • Available full time hours (40 hours) per week
  • Shift variance between 7:00am-7:00pm (Training 9:00am - 5:00pm)
  • Subject to business demands, additional hours may be required
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time
