The mission of this role is to provide exceptional support for customers and astound them with compassion and understanding. This role will help the sales team to bring outstanding products and service so our customers can make their home a safe place for years to come.

The day-to-day consists of answering calls from customers, working closely with the production team to handle service challenges, learn the ins and outs of the production/service department to fill in for the Production Manager when necessary, and learn product specs to thorough detail.

Ability to communicate professionally and concisely in verbal and written form

Skills using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
