CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Indianhead Glass, Inc, a progressive auto, residential, and commercial glass replacement company is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a motivated individual to become part of our team as a Customer Service Representative in our St. Croix, WI location.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar Customer Service position and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general office procedures. Candidate must also have a passion to deliver service that exceeds customer expectations. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-tasking. Familiarity with the glass industry and/or auto glass insurance is a plus but not necessary. The individual must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work independently in a busy office setting.

Job duties will include phone and walk-in sales, computerized order processing, scheduling, and purchasing.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
