Job description
The typical pay scale for this role is between $115,000/yr and $130,000/yr, although pay could be lower or higher based on factors such as experience, skills, etc. This compensation range is specific to CT - and may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. In addition, the role may be eligible for incentives earned as part of the business aligned program(s) and amounts are determined based on terms of the plan.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM-related processes and systems including: identity governance, identity lifecycle, role management, privileged access management, user access certifications, and access provisioning
- Work with the business to define and maintain user access roles and segregation of duties rules
- Automate and streamline IAM processes
- Design and operationalize processes that actively monitor identity controls and ensure IAM processes and systems are performing as expected. These processes will detect and remediate (or escalate) any issues.
- Ensure internal controls are applied effectively and continuously
- Gather audit evidence and prepare it for delivery to internal and/or external auditors
- Identify potential risks, propose solutions and/or escalate to management
- Create and maintain thorough documentation
- Onboard applications to IAM for user access management. Align application with IAM standards, create documentation, and gather requirements for automated provisioning. If manual provisioning steps are required, prepare procedural documentation and train the IAM Operations team.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with business users, technical users, and application teams (including vendors)
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- 3-5+ years of experience focused on enterprise-level IAM, including in-depth and hands-on experience with the following:
- Identity Lifecycle - Including JML process, RBAC, access provisioning (through automated and manual processes), identity analytics, policy management, user access certification
- Access Governance
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience with several of the following:
- Active Directory, Azure, O365
- Powershell scripting or other process automation
- SSO, SAML, LDAP integration, and identity federation
- SailPoint IdentityNow
- DUO
- Delinea Secret Server
- Understanding of controls and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
- Information systems security certification (e.g. CISSP) is a plus
