Roles and Responsibilities

· Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget

· Lead the initiation and planning of a project in OpenAir or AutoTask, and Float

· Work with department managers to ensure resource availability and allocation

· Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project

· Coordinate with internal and external parties for the execution of projects

· Manages complex or lengthy projects that span multiple departments and lines of service involving multiple project management applications

· Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders and provide excellent service to clients

· Ensure project invoices are sent to clients in a timely manner

· Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools

· Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks

· Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed

· Ensure project deliverables are completed and delivered to the client before or during the project closeout

  • Attending project calls to capture status, notes, and requests
  • Sharing updated notes/status with the teams after calls
  • Formal, regular status reports that communicate: Last time period (e.g., last 24 hours for daily reports)

  • Collecting and tracking hours and activities on projects for accurate customer reporting
  • Regular follow ups with the team to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
  • Collecting content from conversations to support creation of deliverables

Requirements

· A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field preferred

· At least 5 years of relevant project management related experience

· A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

- Cybersecurity Incident Response

- Cybersecurity certification is a plus CISSP, CCNP, CISM, CCSE

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and prioritization skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $120.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
