This position provides organizational business level data, reporting, and analysis used by leaders, managers, and staff to perform their jobs more effectively. You will be responsible for accurate business results reporting and data monitoring.

Major Responsibilities:

• Research, collect, classify, and study statistical data.
• Responsible for the accurate creation and distribution of multiple reports.
• Design, monitor, and maintain association electronic databases.
• Work with and SRS reports to maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Work with outside data sources as need to obtain relevant information for GreenStone.
• Act as a technical expert in the area of data and reports available.

Position Requirements...

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, statistics, math, or related majors required.
• 1+ years of database and analysis experience required.
• R, Python, PowerBI, and SQL experience required.
• Experience developing and/or validating models required.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new process and procedures to meet business initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business processes and metrics and ability to use various computer business/financial applications.
• Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping the team to meet goals.
