THE ROLE:
Black Rifle Coffee Company is looking to bring on a Data Analyst to support supply chain & operations. We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to create a career developing high impact analysis and solutions
YOUR TASKS
- Develop models and pipelines for end-to-end supply chain processes, including: demand planning for raw materials & final goods, inventory management, sales velocity, etc.
- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines using Fivetran and Python scripts.
- Use dbt to format data to usable end states that power analysis and dashboards; validate and maintain models to ensure 100% accuracy across systems.
- Create scalable dashboards and reports to support business objectives and enable data-driven decision making.
- Partner with data engineers, ML engineers and product teams to coordinate delivery of data projects.
- Identify and work to resolve any data quality issues.
- Help with a variety of other projects including customer analytics, subscription analytics, forecasting and reporting. This position will flex into multiple areas as needed.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ year of demonstrated data analytics experience in business capacity
- Supply Chain experience required.
- Python / SQL experience required.
- Familiarity with analytic or cloud platforms such as Snowflake, BiqQuery, or AWS.
- Proficient in creating reports and visualizations. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio (or similar).
- Proficient in Google suite of products (Sheets, Slides, etc.) or similar.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative, working both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences is critical.
- Experience working with supply-chain data preferred.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements:
This is a full-time position and may require long hours.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting is required
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
- Ability to work in a confined area.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
