Pay: $14 per hour.
Shift : General shift

DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a Scale Clerk for our office who will be responsible for various clerical tasks such as weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answering phones, and filing. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Weighing trucks
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls
  • Filing and retaining documents
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Job Requirements:

  • Commitment to achieving a zero injury culture and following company safety procedures
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of the position, including standing, sitting, using a telephone, bending, kneeling, and lifting storage boxes
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Previous experience with office equipment like copiers and fax machines is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $14.00 per hour
