Day Schedule Team Member

Overview: The Daytime Team Member is stable, dependable, and seeking schedules working during our high-volume day shifts. Schedules can be part-time or full-time. Day time employees can select shifts with beginning shift times from Opening or 6 AM up to 8 AM, and ending times from 2 PM up to 5 PM. Benefits for Full-time employees are available after 60 days.

A great fit for this shift will be someone who enjoys highly active and enthusiastic work, being encouraged and supported during your day, and having an open opportunity to grow and advance. Foodservice experience is not required, but previous Chick-fil-A, hospitality or customer service is welcome. This is not a leadership position but can easily grow into a fulfilling leadership role or an opportunity to further develop your hospitality career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a positive & servant’s heart attitude with every customer and team interaction

• Provide CFA Brand Customer Service and Excellence to all guests and team

• Ability to Lead, Coach, Train and Manage team during shift according to Chick-fil-A standards and requirements

• Effective Listener

• Good Communication Skills

• Ability to serve others while engaged in activities in a fast-paced environment

• Check for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing shift-specific procedures

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

• Complete other tasks as assigned

Pay Scale: $14.00-$17.00+/hr depending on availability and qualifications
