• The Service Manager will lead the service and parts team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The winning Candidate must have strong managerial experience and leadership qualities to recruit, organize and motivate a team and to hold each team member accountable for on a daily basis and be accountable for operational and performance for the service department.

• Plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisers, service technicians and warranty to promote customer and employee satisfaction and revenue.
• Hire, manage, supervise and monitor the performance of the service department personnel
• Establish service objectives by facilitating and developing monthly goals
• Ensure that technicians keep their skills current through manufacturer training.
• Ensure accurate warranty procedures are followed in a timely fashion.
• Measure progress, analyze results and make improvements as needed with input from the General Manager.
• Conduct service meetings, manage efficiency and oversee accurate dispatching to proper technician skill level
• Work and communicate with advisors, technicians and customers; and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous and professional service
• Ensure all required paperwork and records and preparation of documents are done correctly and timely
• Maintain a high CSI rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager with a proven track record
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
