SC DEBURRING LLC is a small family-owned business, dedicated in working for the aerospace and CNC machining industries. We are professional, fast-paced and our goal is to provide excellent deburring services to our clients.

Our company is looking for an experienced Deburring Technician to help support our team. The ideal candidate has experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry, can work around very tight tolerances, and work independently. The right person will be able to quickly assess issues, identify the best course of action, and communicate their findings in an effective manner.

Requirements:

• Shall follow quality procedures to ensure jobs worked on are done safely and appropriately.
• Must be punctual and professional.
• Must be communicative. Able to communicate issues, uncertainties, and anything significant pertaining to work.
• Must maintain a clean and organized work station.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Must have knowledge in blueprint reading.
• Is able to use required tools and equipment to deburr metal parts. Some tools and equipment include: microscope, pencil grinders, electric rotary motors, carbide balls/countersinks, drills, abrasives, deburring blades, and various other tools.
• Understands required tolerances and client instructions to produce excellent deburred pieces.
• Must handle all parts with extreme care.
• Spanish speaking is not a requirement, but is a plus.

• Debe tener conocimientos en lectura de planos.
• Es capaz de utilizar las herramientas y equipos necesarios para desbarbar piezas metálicas. Algunas herramientas y equipos incluyen: microscopio, P cutters, motores rotativos eléctricos, bolas/avellanadores de carburo, taladros, abrasivos, hojas de desbarbado y varias otras herramientas.
• Comprende las tolerancias requeridas y las instrucciones del cliente para producir excelentes piezas desbarbadas.
• Debe manipular todas las piezas con sumo cuidado.
• Hablar español no es un requisito, pero es una ventaja.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Pacoima, CA 91331: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Deburring: 10 years (Required)
