AOT-DSP is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Approximate hours are 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Standard week is 4 Days (40 hours) with 3 days off!! Overtime opportunities also available.
Peak season is approaching, with daily routes of 250+ packages per day. This is a physical job that requires a reasonable level of fitness. Drivers will be in and out of their van and up and down stairs throughout their route. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Pay

• $17.00-$19.50 Per hour
• Paid Training 20-30 hours
• Paid Overtime - $25.50 per hour
• Up to $500 Retention bonus before Christmas - $250 after completing 15 routes, $250 after completing 30 routes *subject to meeting requirements (no call-offs, meet compliance requirements for driving metrics and work hour compliance). Driving habits are measured in real-time via vehicle telematics and an onboard camera.

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
