Duties:

• Answering In-bound calls in a call center environment
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet patients upon arrival
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Support various administrative and clinical team members as needed

Requirements:

• Dental administrative experience
• Computer knowledge - Dentrix or Ascend a plus
• Warm, upbeat, friendly personality
• Proper phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
