We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to become the Front Desk Manager at our company. This position is ideal for a social, outgoing candidate who loves interacting with new people and is organized. This is a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service, ranging from scheduling appointments and answering questions to handling difficult situations.
• Maintain a pleasant and organized waiting room.
• Answer telephones accurately, transfer calls to the appropriate person, and take messages.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all necessary parties are present and accounted for.
• Verify patients' information and insurance status by accessing a company database.
• Shed light on the potential benefits associated with particular remedies or services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
