About us

We are a small private practice that has a truly wonderful team environment. Our office of 6 ladies is like a family where everyone helps one another to make the day run efficiently and smooth. We are looking for a great fit for our small team of hard workers that take care of each other.

One of our long time hygienists is retiring and relocating to Wisconsin when her daughter graduates HS this May. She is leaving behind a sweet patient base that we are hoping to fill with another genuine, kind, patient-centered hygienist.

The dentist collaborates with the hygiene team to allow for the best patient care for each person. For example, if a patient needs 90 min visit for an adult prophy due to needing more TLC, we allow for that! Our usual appt time is 60 min for adults and children. We do not rush and do not do accelerated hygiene. We also have 2 dental assistants who help the hygienists when needed to clean hyg rooms, take xrays, seat patients, and help record probing.

We value work-life balanace among our team; the office sees patients on Tues, Weds, Thurs...so you have a 4 day weekend every weekend! We are closed a week for Spring Break, a week for the 4th of July, a half week at Thanksgiving and a week between Christmas and New Years, allowing for precious time with family and kids home from school.

We do a lot of fun (and sometimes educational) team building! (CE, CPR, OSHA) We strive to continue learning as a team to better ourselves and the patient experience. We always support our hygiene team learning new skills and about new products.

We are not corporate and do not expect our hygienists to sell dentistry! We are not an insurance driven practice, so we treat patients with what they need, not what the insurance will dictate!

Salary range negotiable based on experience.
