Pike Family Dentistry is looking for a full time experienced Dental Receptionist for our well established private dental practice with long term patients and team members. A perfect candidate would have a cheerful personality, reliable, teamwork motivated, has 2-3 years min of dental terminology/insurance knowledge, is familiar with Eaglesoft dental program or learns new dental programs fast.

Job Description:

• Greet patients as they come in and check them out before they leave.
• Scheduleing/rescheduling/confirming appointments, lunch & learns and courses.
• Answer multi-line phones and emails.
• Social Media (professional website, google & facebook).
• Working with Eaglesoft program (is PREFERRED).
• Dental Insurance knowledge is a must (our office is a PPO only).
• Paperless office.
• Enter Payments Insurance/Cash/Check/CreditCard.
• Creating Statements/Claims.
• Scanning and Emailing Documents.
• Basic Computer problem solving knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees are required to wear the CDC guidelines of proper protection gear. All employees and patients must always wear a mask before entering the office. Phone screening for each patient. Office follows CDC guidelines for air quality control.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Media, PA 19063: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
