Regional Operations Manager – Pure Dental Brands - Chesapeake, VA
Pure Dental Brands has an exciting position available in Virginia for a team oriented manager that is able to drive performance, lead a team, direct and plan activities to achieve top line revenue and earning goals, perform advanced managerial tasks, act with fairness and integrity and uphold the company's goals and values.

The ideal candidate will have role responsibilities in the areas of Leadership, Management, Staffing and Team Training and Coaching/Mentoring and will be successful at:
- Maintain each dental office's budget and profit
- Continually develop and train the dental practice teams through training programs and evaluations
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental practice team members and doctors
- Evaluate patient flow to identify marketing needs and areas of improvement
- Progress patient services by coaching dental practice team members and focusing on patient care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding relationship-building, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and dentistry terminology required
- Must excel in all areas of a dental practice including treatment presentation, front office, back office, billing
- Prior dental office management experience required
- Working knowledge of Dentrix preferred
- Keeping unwanted turnover to a minimum
Candidates applying for the Regional Operations Manager position should possess the following skills and experience:
- Dental management experience
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office including Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time and deadlines
- Responsible, professional, reliable and team oriented
- Ability to travel with some overnight stays.
