Cottonwood Smiles is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our family practice in Cottonwood, AZ. As the primary provider in the office, you will work in a modern clinical setting, receive complete clinical autonomy, and experience superior support from a world-class team.

Compensation Range: $160,000 - $220,000
-Sign-On Bonus!!!
-Daily guaranteed minimum
-35% collections

Requirements and Preferences:
-Active Arizona dental license
-DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited university
-Current DEA and CPR certifications
