• Detail Managers are responsible for all aspects of the $300,000 - $750,000 revenue department while reporting directly to the Site Manager.

• Detail Managers will inspire a staff of 5 -10 employees

• Audit timeliness of service provided

• Control finished car quality

• Consult with customers while ensuring their happiness.

• Helps maintain a safe and organized workspace.

• Communicates with Site Manager and customer service team to facilitate auto placement.

• Communicates with customer service team regarding detail services, repairs, and estimates for time completion.

• Performs vehicle drop off inspection, recommends maintenance & documents existing damages.

• Trains and develops employees

• Identifies, manages, and orders all detailing department products & equipment.

• Facilitates and performs all detailing department duties.

• Assists in employee scheduling

• Provides performance feedback to Detail Staff Members

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $39,000

• Bonus is 10% of department EBITDA, paid monthly

Development

High potential for growth within the company! Opening 20 sites in Palm Beach County by 2024. Detail Manager report directly to our Site Managers, who will support their career aspirations and development in an apprenticeship style approach. Detail Managers have a define development path that leads into Mint Eco’s Manager-in-Training program.
