Responsibilities

Responsible for a diverse body of work in support of the activities of the Workforce Management and Operations Team. This position administers and manages daily activities that support the operational needs of the Foundation and Guild Association. Provides comprehensive organizational and administrative support. Works closely with Workforce Management and Operations leadership and additional Foundation and Guild Association stakeholders. Implements, monitors, and maintains key Foundation initiatives and special projects managed through the Workforce Management and Operations Team. Provides administrative and calendar support. Oversees and ensures daily onsite administrative needs are met. Supports department wide trainings, special events, meetings, and other opportunities in alignment with our vision to build a high performing team that attracts, and retains engaged, motivated, productive, and diverse talent.

Job Posting Addendum

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive coordinator dedicated to advancing Seattle Children's commitment to anti-racism who enjoys working with people to support the operations of our Foundation and Guild Association team.

This is a hybrid opportunity both remote and in our downtown Seattle office a minimum of two days a week. In this role you will partner with Foundation and Guild Association leaders to ensure successful hiring and onboarding of new team members. You will work collaboratively on short and long-term projects or tasks that support the broader philanthropy team.

You will provide onsite, administrative, and calendar support to continue to allow Seattle Children's to provide hope, care, and cures to help every child live the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency. - 5 years program coordination support experience; including at least 2 years of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion. - Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams. - Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders. - Experience with drafting, editing, and developing communications and/or reports. - Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, including: familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to email, schedule, and communicate with internal and external constituents in customer service-oriented role. Required Credentials: - N/A Preferred: - Familiarity with Washington State philanthropy environment. - Experience with a not-for-profit organization. - Experience organizing multiple projects through to completion including project and event management, public speaking, database, and volunteer management.

Min to Max Hourly Salary

$32.43 - $48.65 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary

$67,454.40 - $101,192.00 /yr

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
