Location: Remote

Overview: The partner supports both Central Labs and Early Development Research Labs and reports to the SVP of Enterprise Finance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the forecast, budget, and strategic planning processes across Drug Development FP&A
• Assist the executive team in preparation for quarterly earnings announcements
• Analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Owner of the forecast/budget planning module across FP&A
• Prepare and present financial results at executive leadership meetings
• Forecast and budget corporate areas within Drug Development
• Work amongst other business units and departments to identify and lead process improvements and centralization
• Provide recommendations to executive leadership based on both financial and strategic implications of business opportunities and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting
• MBA and/or CPA preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of increasingly senior finance experience
• CRO, investment banking, or experience in a financial leadership development program with a global company preferred
• Ability to form strong relationships, building a collaborative environment
• Strong work ethic with proven track record of advancement in an organization
• Proven ability to lead across a matrix and able to effect change outside of direct reporting lines
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
