In keeping with our organization's goals, this position is responsible for preparing ingredients, adhering to the menu, preparing foods, and following food health and safety procedures. Education and experience requirements include high school diploma/GED, Food Handler certification pursuant to requirements by the State, 2+ years experience as a cook in a restaurant or institution preferred. This position is within a healthcare facility that operates every day. There will be scheduled times of work on the weekends and holidays.Significant events can occur at any given time that require working. Ongoing direction and support may be necessary if systems are not properly implemented, continuously improved, and monitored.
