Responsibilities:
The Digital ID Program Manager is responsible and accountable for planning, tracking, and driving specific state mID programs from program scoping through to Launch. This role will work across the organization and engage cross functionally with peers and executives. This includes active engagement and management of all aspects of the program including communication, status reporting, schedule definition and management of issues and risks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, change orders, and prepares reports to senior management
  • Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors
  • Manage program schedules that show all applicable stakeholders, risks, issues and dependencies while maintaining a clear and well-defined path to completion.
  • Provide timely input to Product Management to be better informed of the market, customer requirements, help identify roadmap dependencies
  • Manage customer expectation by ensuring program changes and updates are communicated proactively and effectively
  • Leading program through ambiguity and change in a fast pace environment
  • Exhibiting strong leadership skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Required:
  • Typically 3-5 years total experience, with at least 2 years in technology companies is desired
  • Experience in managing a consumer facing digital product or digital transformation program is a plus
  • Communicate with client to finalize requirement; partner with product management for business and functional specifications & working with Deployment teams to lead solution implementation
  • Good understanding of the "as a Service" business model and experience with subscription-based offerings
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Self starter, capable of prioritizing tasks with minimun supervision
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
  • Business acumen and strategic agility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer business priorities and operational requirements
  • Ability to draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategies
  • Familiarity in and use of program and product management tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, JIRA, Aha! or other similar programs.
  • Familiarity with one or several major digital identity standards such as ISO 18013, NIST 800-63, AAMVA mID Guidelines, OpenID Connect is a plus
