Allied Wire & Cable is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Business Analyst to join our growing Marketing and ecommerce team in Collegeville, PA. What will you do in this role?

Create and implement an analytics framework designed to support the entire customer online journey in Google Analytics based on the need of different digital teams and overall business objectives
Support the design of our customer/prospect online journeys and user experience, create analysis to measure performance at various funnel points, and work with the rest of the team to develop tactics to maximize conversion rate
Support the Digital Merchandising team in the development and operation of our customer conversion strategy by providing analytics and insights on how to improve performance
Support Digital Marketing team in the development and execution of demand generation activities by providing analytics and insights on how to improve performance
Development of market and customer segmentation analysis, product/services pricing analysis (both online and offline), profitability analysis, cost-to-serve analysis and others
Provide monthly performance reporting for all aspects of the digital marketing activities to management and provide analysis and insights for improvements based on the data
Monitor and make recommendations regarding digital marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and online user experience
Responsible for monthly digital channel and marketing performance reporting
Assist customers with journey analysis, U/X design, and ad-hoc analysis spanning the entire customer lifecycle
Responsible for being the primary owner of Google Analytics account, setting up the account, configuring GA to track campaigns and events
Additional responsibilities as assigned

What you will bring to this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or related discipline
2-4 years of experience and strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Analytics Certification preferred
Experience in the use of analytic tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel )
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent critical thinking skills, must be able to draw insight form data and leverage business acumen to communicate and influence decision making
The ability to write query data from ERP and other data sources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
