The Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the tactical execution of Ann Taylor daily email and SMS marketing campaigns from start to finish. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, hands-on role, as email touches the most senior members in the organization. Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize and prioritize key, time sensitive projects, will be crucial for success This position is highly collaborative and requires working with multiple cross-functional partners including members of the Creative, Brand Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, and Customer Relationship Management teams.Role and Responsibilities:
Help manage the brand daily email and SMS process from start to finish
Help manage segmented and targeted email and SMS communications
Prepare digital marketing briefs that include creative, copy and featured merchandise direction for Ann Taylor emails
Route campaigns to cross-functional partners to solicit feedback and incorporate necessary changes into the creative
Deliver final approved creative assets to our 3rd party email vendor with instruction sheets describing campaign set-up and details
Set up SMS campaigns for deployment in SMS vendor platform
QA/Test emails and SMS campaigns for complete accuracy and constantly double-check work
Generate email reports for daily and segmented brand email campaigns on a weekly basis
Execute A/B tests on Email and SMS campaigns to optimize performance and overall program
Maintain up-to-date email and SMS marketing calendar
Handle the preparation and delivery of necessary marketing materials for meetings
Experience and Qualifications:
Must have an acute attention to detail and ability to multitask accurately and efficiently
Adaptable, highly detail-oriented, and responsive; able to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to gain alignment and problem solve collaboratively to achieve goals
Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams

Takes initiative to generate ideas to drive business and contribute to organizational effectiveness
Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of financial measurements

Ability to turn analysis into action, execute to timelines and provide timely solutions
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred)
1 year digital marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated project management experience working with cross-functional teams required
Experience working with email service provider (ESP) is a plus
The target salary for this role is $24 - $25 per hour.
Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
