The Digital Marketing Manager at EIM is leading the development and delivery of a fully integrated digital marketing strategy for
EIM’s university partnerships. This person will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital experience for learners across partner efforts. This individual must be comfortable both working on a strategic level AND rolling up their sleeves executing as part of the team. The Digital Marketing Manager will:
- Plan, develop, implement, and track digital marketing and social media programs at scale on behalf of EIM’s partner educational programs.
- Have oversight of paid media budget and student recruitment KPIs & all conversion metrics that define success.
- Manage the technical aspects of digital marketing campaigns such as domain management, tracking, code implementation, CMS edits etc.
- Take leadership of the digital marketing team located in Louisville, Ky., and the recruitment and retainment of additional team members as EIM scales.
- Analyze and report meaningful and actionable data throughout the digital campaign lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver regular presentations on ongoing campaigns and gain alignment from key stakeholders in the business.
- Test and launch new lead generation campaigns, audiences and media strategies to align with partner goals for individual programs.
- Interface with University Partner teams in a leadership capacity to inform pivotal decisions and collaborate on future strategy.
- Work with and direct agency and vendor partners to ensure cohesion across channels and deliver on strategy, deadlines and budget management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Extensive CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
- Experience executing and analyzing paid digital campaigns – social media, programmatic retargeting, digital display ads and ROI tracking.
