The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) is responsible for leading the online to offline marketing strategy and establishing the connection and reporting for interactions that occur via call tracking, appointment scheduling and lead form integration. This role will work with internal marketing, business, technology and sales enablement partners to enable full funnel tracking of digitally-sourced leads. Through collaboration with digital marketing and execution partners, the DMM will refine procedures for development and optimization of web content using agile methodologies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze current processes and work in collaboration with marketing and execution partners to shape organizational solutions and increase speed to market for web-based projects.
2. Plan and drive stakeholder and leadership alignment, impact analysis, training, communications, and adoption measurement.
3. Forge strong partnerships across marketing, product, and delivery teams.
4. Operate in an agile environment requiring flexibility, ability to work in ambiguity and evolving requirements.
5. Gain thorough understanding of current usage of call tracking and appointment scheduling.
6. Build roadmap to broaden and enhance call tracking capabilities including integration with core technologies and growing our conversation analytics (leveraging AI and recorded conversations).
7. Work with marketing, analytics, and call center partners to enable disposition reporting from offline platforms.
8. Understand LOB usage and workflow of CRM platforms including lead assignment and sales lifecycle.
9. Work with digital strategy partners to develop web-based lead forms that integrate with CRM systems for tracking of marketing-driven opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline
4. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process
5. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services
6. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals
7. Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities
8. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems
9. Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective
10. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or MBA and previous experience in the banking industry
2. Experience developing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions
3. Demonstrated ability to apply agile marketing methodologies and processes to large enterprise, cross-functional teams
4. Ability to develop strategies that break long-term goals into short term wins to facilitate learning, quick iteration, with shorter time to market and return on investment
5. Working knowledge of various programming languages (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Python, SQL)
6. Working knowledge of American Disabilities Act (ACT) compliance requirements
7. Experience with Adobe products (AEM, Target and Target, Analytics, Audience Manager and Adobe Cloud)
8. Certified in the use of email service providers, marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, IBM Watson, Eloqua, Epsilon, Acoustic, Adobe Campaign, Pardot, etc.)
9. Experience with API development, ad servers, dynamic tag managers, market automation platforms, content management systems, A/B multivariate testing and personalization tools
10. Excellent understanding of HTML for email and ability to code templates, revise modular layouts and provide both strategic and technical direction to web developers
11. Proficiency in algebraic Boolean logic expressions for building queries and hyper-segmentation

Availability
Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
