Responsibilities:
The Marketing department at State Farm has an opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist within the Agent Marketing division.
The opening aligns to our digital and social function and focuses on improving agents’ digital enablement through marketing programs, initiatives and capabilities. This role will focus on the continuous improvement of agents’ “digital-first” presence. Expect to work cross-functionally developing tailored marketing strategies and leading teams through the planning, development, execution and optimization of all agent digital channels. To be successful in this role substantial digital media expertise and leadership is required. Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist:
  • Manages multiple or complex projects while effectively utilizing project management tools and processes.
  • Ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team.
  • Must have the ability to work in a cross functional manner and interact effectively across a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Qualifications:
Remote Role Specific:
  • 5+ years professional-level experience developing, executing, and optimizing effective digital media strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline required.
  • Preferred Certifications: Google Ads, Hootsuite Social Marketing, Google Analytics, YouTube, Facebook
  • Franchise-based marketing experience is a benefit.
  • Deep functional and executional expertise in all digital and social media capabilities (SEO, SEM, Social, Audio, Video, Display, Content, etc.).
  • Demonstrable, quantifiable expertise in PPC, SEO, re-marketing programs, social media advertising and engagement, and analysis/management tools.
  • Experience using analytics to improve engagement.
  • Ability to discover, learn and implement new digital approaches.
  • Ability to speak fluently to performance, gaps, and opportunities.
REMOTE: Qualified candidates (outside of hub locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located.
HYBRID: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.

  • Potential salary range: $114,837.50 - $154,168.75
For Colorado and Washington (state) candidates:
  • Compensation Range: $101,057.00-$135,668.50
