- Strong grasp of photography and videography methods, professional experience.
- Demonstrated technical skill in layout, design, typography, and paste-up.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including copyright and accessibility standards.
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish, French, or Chinese).

Digital Media & Graphic Designer – Part-Time
Are you interested in helping the Library communicate about events, collections, and services? The Urbana Free Library is seeking a part-time Digital Media & Graphic Designer to join an energetic, deadline-driven creative team. We are seeking a person to lead the promotion of the Library on social media, assist in the maintenance of the Library’s website, and collect and develop visual assets for use in promoting Library events, services, and collections. This person will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing clear, clean visual solutions that align with the Library’s overall style guidelines for a wide variety of formats and platforms. This person will be required to submit the highest quality forms of communication to different mediums and to internal and external stakeholders. The Digital Media & Graphic Designer reports to the Communications & Development Manager with work coordinated by the Digital Media & Graphics Coordinator. Generally scheduled for 20 hours a week. Job Summary:
