The Direct Care Worker at CareSphere supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

The Direct Care Worker (DCW) provides resident centered care consistent with standards to meet the health, wellbeing, and safety needs of the residents.

What will I do as a Direct Care Worker (DCW)?

• Perform various duties and responsibilities to meet the individual client's physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual, emotional, and social needs.
• Perform personal care duties as it relates to bedside care including but not limited to bathing, feeding, personal hygiene, ambulation, vital signs.
• Observe and report any change in client status to the coordinator.
• Assist with serving meals.

What do I need to be a Direct Care Worker (DCW)?

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A passion for helping others
• Valid proof of identification
• Reliable transportation to get to work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
