Responsibilities

• Perform routine health screenings, physical exams, and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify the root causes of illness and develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique medical history, lifestyle, and healthcare goals
• Prescribe appropriate medication, supplements, or therapies as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep hygiene
• Communicate with patients to educate them on their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventative care measures
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments to provide the best possible care to our patients.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in a relevant specialty, such as family medicine, internal medicine, or functional medicine
• Certification or training in holistic and/or functional medicine
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills, with a focus on addressing the underlying causes of illness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and staff
• Dedication to lifelong learning and continuous professional development
• Ability to obtain a medical license in the state of Utah
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
