DSPs assist the individuals we serve in:
- Coaching Services - supporting participants on the job, build confidence and identifying strengths and barriers.
- Skill Buidling - teaching on-the-job skills and reviewing curriculum with participants.
- Workplace Etiquette - mentoring individuals on best practices while at the job site.
