Beyond Ability Support Services is currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals to work positions in our licensed adult group home in Sublimity providing daily support needs for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals.
• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
• When properly certified, also perform in the role of medication administration in accordance with practitioner orders.
• Transports and accompanies residents on community outings and medical appointments using company vehicle.
• Handles resident funds and program's petty cash funds in accordance with program's policy.
• Assists the Program Manager with day-to-day household needs and requirements.
• Provides written documentation such as progress notes, medication documentation, special incident reports, and etc.

Job Type:

• Part Time

Available Schedules:

• Morning Shift (7am - 3pm)
• Swing Shift (3pm- 11pm)

Pay:

• $17.00 per hour
• $1.00 shift differential (overnight), $1.00 shift differential (weekends)

Requirements:

• Must speak English
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be willing to drive a wheelchair passenger van
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to pass a criminal history background check
