CSS offers unique schedules that work well for college students and individuals or parents who need to be home during the day to attend to family obligations, while working a full time job.

Community Support Services, Inc. (CSS) is immediately hiring full time Direct Support Professional, (DSP) positions supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives. We are looking for positive, caring and compassionate people to support adults and children in upper Montgomery County, in a residential setting. If you enjoy working with OR are interested in learning how to support, teach and advocate for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, we have opportunities for you!

CSS will provide specific training for each support staff on how to include a person with autism in community and recreational activities.

We have a variety of full time residential shifts across the week available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,752.00 - $41,670.40 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gaithersburg, MD 20877: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
