General Summary
The Director of Aseptic Manufacturing is accountable to deliver all Aseptic manufacturing performance targets across Safety, Quality, Service, Reliability, and Cost. They will lead the development of productivity improvement strategies across all aseptic operations for the Campbell enterprise inclusive of operations in Maxton NC, Tualatin OR, and Paris, Texas.
Principal Accountabilities (list in order of importance and indicate percentage of time spent on each)
Collaborates with Site Directors to develop and manage Aseptic performance improvement plans Provides technical and strategic support for related capital project execution, leading to ensure deliverables and performance standards, and best practices are and maintained across the Aseptic footprint Leads and partners with CI, Quality, Planning, Engineering, and plant operating teams to establish and maintain optimal operating schemes, production rates, and capacity plans across the aseptic network Develops and executes strategies to leverage equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, contractors, consultants and internal company resources to drive optimal performance across the Aseptic network Serves as a strategic and technical liaison to the broader organization including corporate engineering, Product Development, Commercialization, Procurement, and Quality to enable high levels of food safety, productivity, and support for innovation across Aseptic manufacturing platforms. Aggressively supports key operational excellence foundational programs with aseptic technical expertise and strategic focus Provides oversight for new equipment installations: Accountable for the delivery of aseptic asset related startups and integration of these assets into operational schemes, food safety plans, and reliability systems
Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job)
  • Education desired: B.S. in an Engineering Discipline
  • Preferred – B.S. Engineering +MBA
  • Years of relevant experience: 5-10 Years leading large teams
  • 5 Years of Aseptic food manufacturing experience (leadership/technical)
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively across the spectrum of constituents - plant floor to executive levels
  • Ability to lead inclusively and work collaboratively while leveraging influencing skills

  • Significant travel required on an as needed basis

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$125,500.00 - $238,500.00
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
