Keller Williams Princeton is looking for a growth-focused leader to be our next Director of Agent Services! The Director of Agent Services is an integral role to our office. This person focuses on the growth of our office, agents, and individual self. If you are a leader who is bright, tech-savvy, operationally organized, takes initiative, and works well with Leadership Team Members, then you meet the requirements for this position. The Director of Agent Services will lead and manage all aspects of Agent Services and will provide stellar customer service to our Agents. If this is you, apply now!

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Chief Vision Officer to attract, welcome and develop talent.
  • Research and develop strategies for transitioning agents into Keller Williams Realty.
  • Drive associates toward proficiency in the use of KW resources and tools.
  • Meet and consult weekly agents to review their production goals and hold them accountable for the completion of actions.
  • Participate in Career Development Committee.
  • Bonus offered to applicants who assist with Recruiting calls, appointments, and real estate school registrations.


Qualifications:

** If the applicant wishes to obtain their NJ or PA real estate license, the company will pay for the licensing class and associated fees.

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • College Degree not required, recommended.
  • Real Estate License is not required.
  • Experience with customer service, technology, and databases.
