Minimum Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• BCBA Certification
• Experience working and managing operations and administration as well as business analysis in either healthcare or human resources fields
• Ability to supervise and lead a clinical team, ensure clinical excellence, and develop and maintain strong relationships with therapists, families, and stakeholders
• Foster a culture that is: positive and valuing of our team members, engaged and connected, collaborative with opportunities to contribute at all levels, clear about expectations for striving for excellence in all areas and attentive to opportunities to provide Team Member autonomy as appropriate.
• strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
