Director of Culinary Services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervises food preparation and service and maintains standards of operation.
  • Oversees maintenance of records: meal selection, menus, diet census, diets served and weekly staffing.
  • Responsible for providing and supervising high quality food service to patients as well as evaluating departmental goals and objectives to assure compliance with appropriate regulations.

Prerequisites:

  • High School degree required; additional education in culinary a plus.
  • Serve Safe Certification required.
  • 4+ years supervisory/management experience in culinary environment; healthcare setting experience a plus.
  • CDM required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
