We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, empathy, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. The successful candidate will be tasked with recruiting new agents, driving growth initiatives, and building strong relationships with agents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's objectives
• Build strong relationships with agents and prospect through effective communication and active listening
• Recruit and onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and support
• Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
• Attend industry events to build networks and identify potential clients
• Aspire to be a leader within the organization and motivate others to achieve their goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a growth-focused role
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members

• Task-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Benefits:
