OVERVIEW:

Village Caregiving, LLC is a non-medical in-home caregiving business that helps individuals age in place by assisting with ADLs (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and incontinence). Village Caregiving has 45+ offices in fourteen states across the East and Midwest. Village Caregiving seeks a highly motivated individual to work with the Executive Director (ED) to manage and grow our Indianapolis, IN, office. Specifically, this person will assist the Executive Director (ED) in managing the day-to-day operations and compliance related to our home health aides and clients in the Indianapolis, IN, area.

As a Director of Operations, you will:

· Work with the Executive Director to achieve a balanced book of business amongst our multiple payor sources.

· Develop, maintain, and fine-tune a team of direct care workers with the Executive Director.

· Quickly adapt best practices and follow the Executive Directors' guidance to manage the day and not let the day manage.

· Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that keeps pace with the extreme growth of the assigned territory.

· Consistently execute a high level of customer service.

· Routinely plan and complete outreach to our current and potential referral sources.

· Participate in activities that benefit the communities we serve.

· Work with the Executive Director, who gives you the freedom to do your best at work each day and fosters a culture of engagement and support.

· Help drive the growth of the assigned territory.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible for working alongside the Executive Director (ED) in developing, leading, and growing a thriving office that grows month over month (MoM). The DO must strive to assist the ED in building and maintaining referral sources, help hire staff with a sense of urgency to meet the demand for our services, value employee engagement, and seek to provide an exceptional client experience, all while being in compliance and completing the monthly admin task. The ED is accountable for the sustainment and growth of the business and needs a strong DO to accomplish this. Along with the ED, the DO will be responsible for doing the right thing and using common sense when dealing with clients, colleagues, and employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Help the ED deepen the office’s book of business by actively seeking new business and by maintaining your book of business through employee engagement and industry-leading customer service.

· Demonstrate and maintain a working knowledge of Village Caregiving’s services, processes, and compliance requirements.

· Work closely with the ED to cultivate a strong internal networking culture that proactively collaborates with colleagues.

· Participate in activities that align with Village Caregiving’s growth initiatives and benefit the communities we serve.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Previous management experience preferred.

· Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.

· Capable of using common sense to problem solve.

· Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.

· Exhibits business acumen.

· Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
