Walker Methodist Plaza is a cornerstone community in the older adult industry in the north metro. Walker Plaza offers independent, assisted, memory, and enhanced assisted living apartments in downtown Anoka.
Walker Methodist Plaza seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing strategies of the Campus. Duties include: tours, phone calls, database management, external networking, competitive analysis, referral development, event planning, lead generation, and collaborating with marketing and sales corporate support in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan. A reflection of Walker Methodist and the company’s mission, vision, values, proven sales success and high standards of marketing, customer service excellence, and being a positive team member are core qualities of success.
Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration with Sales and Marketing Specialization, Communications, Health Care or related.
• Minimum of five years of relationship-based sales experience.
• Experience in independent / assisted living setting preferred.
• Finesse in sales systems and understanding the different styles of selling.
• Proven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trust.
• Genuine interest in regular interaction with older adults and their families.
• Self-motivated, highly innovative and growth-focused attitude.
• Personal passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external customers.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Wholeheartedly embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration.
