The Director of Strategic Operations will support the executive Obran Health team and help our growing set of healthcare businesses execute on financial success, operational excellence, and ultimately our mission: positively impacting the lives of our worker-owners.

Responsibilities
- Develops long-term plans for Obran Health initiatives such as, but not limited to revenue growth strategies, people and workplace experience, investments, overall operations
- Measures productivity to demonstrate utilization and optimization of technologies for future training and process improvement
- Develop and implement strategies for continued improvement and efficiency
- Establish a working relationship with all stakeholders and act as a liaison to ensure their expectations are met and any requests for information are responded to in a timely manner
- Provides metrics and reports to monitor and track the status of operations.
- Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides clinicians and healthcare staff to efficiently leverage the value of every client’s experience. ,
- Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and people development.
- Collaborates with people team to align succession planning, recruitment, training, and supporting programs for people development
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal and external quality assurance (QA) programs fostering continuous improvement and exceeding service level agreement (SLA) performance,
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standards.
- Monitor and assess developments in the fields of public health, preventive medicine, wellness, pandemic planning, and occupational health that will affect OH and its employees globally.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant, senior level operations experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience in ambulatory or home-based healthcare settings
- Experience using and deploying IT systems like G-Suite, Trello, ADP and EHRs to improve company operations and performance
- Considerable knowledge of cooperatives and cooperative economics is preferred
- Experience solving ambiguous problems and leading projects to successful outcomes
- Excellent analytical skill with an attention to detail, strong organization, resourcefulness, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Experience with managing multiple clients/businesses simultaneously
- A high level of drive and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience taking complex information, synthesizing it, and communicating it in simple, understandable terms
- Comfortable shifting from strategic to tactical approaches to accomplish objectives
- Good judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
- Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt to changing demands
- Ability to quickly integrate into our team, and to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent field experience) preferred
- 20% travel to the west coast
- A belief that our current corporate economic structure isn’t serving our society’s needs, and a desire to learn, unlearn, and build something positive and new.
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 USD per year plus performance bonuses.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, net disposable income, and performance. The range listed is one component of Obran’s total compensation package for employees/members. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Cooperative Membership, an open Paid Time Off policy.
