Full Job Description-

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution across client. position is accountable for delivery of world-class recruitment strategies and execution across US. The client is growing so experience in high volume recruiting is essential. This person will oversee staff of 10 employees and will report to Chief HR Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Staffing oversight and ensure key hiring goals are met.
• Management of functional recruitment teams including allocation of workload and productivity / recruiter yield modeling and monitoring, proactive performance refinement
• Handling escalated business and functional execution of projects and issues.
• Creative and execute strategies to achieve high volume of positions.
• When appropriate, deal with outside agencies and firms to augment staffing needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
• 5+ years of supervisory / managerial experience
• 5+ years of experience in internal client management, strategy and influence
• 3+ years of senior level / executive recruitment experience
• Ability to utilize MS Excel to access, pivot, and analyze suite of TA reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
