The Role
Under the leadership of the VP of US Sales for HOKA ONE ONE, the Director, Strategic Accounts will be responsible for articulating and driving strategy, execution, effectiveness, and growth of the Strategic Account business, both from a strategic point of view, as well as sustained, profitable revenue growth. Your leadership abilities, combined with your working knowledge of the broader marketplace, combined with sales and marketing acumen, must be coupled with direct knowledge of how ALL Strategic partner operates to the overall success of the Business. In your role as Director of Strategic Accounts, you will develop and communicate the strategy, vision and all expectations to your team and the broader organization. Your strategy must be consistent with, and aligned to, the strategic direction, HOKA brand & corporate vision, as well as company goals.
You must possess experience in assortment planning, forecasting capabilities, strong analytical skills and a clear ability to create and execute a go-to-market plan to support all product intros/launches across HOKA’s Specialty and Key Accounts in the Strategic Space, inclusive of, but not limited to, Running Warehouse, Road Runner Sports, Fit 2 Run, Zappos, Tradehome, and various branches of the Military. You are responsible for not only driving revenue, but also HOKA Brand Awareness and Adoption in this commercial space.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Incorporate company vision and strategy for the Strategic Accounts Business Unit
- Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization, as well as those of each Strategic Partner.
- Lead a team of KAM/AE’s to effectively grow HOKA’s revenue and partnership to #1 share; providing coaching and direction to develop and empower the team
- Drive the development of new sales and marketing strategies
- Build effective relationships with ALL strategic partners & key stakeholders in order to maintain exceptional & sustainable revenue growth
- Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region
- Collaborate with all cross functional partners, including Sales and Marketing team(s), to develop strategies for new product launches and initiatives.

- Proficient in Microsoft Applications; Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Proven track record of fiscal responsibility and knowledge
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, engage a cross-functional team, and gain buy-in
- Knowledgeable in current trends

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to professionally and effectively interact with staff, colleagues and the executive management

- Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position

- High degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sometimes highly sensitive matters in the appropriate manner
We’d love to hear from people with
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years sales/ marketing management experience, preferably in footwear or related industry
- Experience managing high growth brand, within competitive market
- Retail marketing experience in related industry
- Ecomm and previous business development experience
- Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.

$190,000 - $200,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
