Are you ready to lead a team that drives digital strategy and transformation for Walmart's Global Governance organization? The Director of Digital Acceleration , is a critical leadership role on the Global Governance Strategy and Operations team that oversees our digital solution and system portfolio, manages our long-term roadmap, and leverages technology to drive efficiencies within our business processes.

The Global Governance (GG) organization is comprised of Strategy and Operations, Legal, Global Investigations, Ethics and Compliance, Digital Citizenship, Global Security and Aviation, and the Office of the Corporate Secretary.

You'll make an impact by:

• Overseeing the creation and validation of system and application inventories for each division with GG organization and maintain our organization's global technology portfolio
• Developing and maintaining a long-term, comprehensive technology roadmap across all GG divisions that captures future state needs, ongoing product development, and continual improvement opportunities
• Supervising and directing application lifecycle management and rationalization activities, collaborating with Global Technology and Digital Acceleration team
• Partnering with GG leaders and subject matter experts on how data and technology are leveraged within their business processes or otherwise used to drive decision making
• Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that can streamline technologies and facilitate cross-functional "One Team" collaboration, eliminating duplication, and reducing overhead; leading and influencing teams in GG to use technology to add value, reducing friction, or otherwise modernizing workflows
• Building and fostering effective working relationships with Digital Acceleration Program Management team along with partners in Global Technology, Global Data, and external service providers

• You have experience mapping complex business and/or technical processes
• You have a proven track record leading team(s) and developing a high-performance culture
• You have successfully developed and executed against long-term project plans
• You have a bias towards action and execution
• You are process-minded and actively seek out opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can confidently interact with senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years' experience in technology, system
management and integration, process design, or related area OR 7 years' experience in technology, system management and integration, process design, or related area.
1 years' supervisory experience.
