. The right applicant will required to be responsible for the following :

• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Standing on feet for long periods of time
• Washing plates and pans
• will work with another cook or solo, depending on business needs.
• cleaning and sanitizing as you go.
• keeping a safe and clean kitchen.
• Reports to F & B director and Supervisor.
• Flexible schedule.
• required nights, weekends and holiday's.
• Customer service skills, able to speak with guests and answer questions if needed.
• Prepping and following recipes.
• Working with co workers to accomplish service goals.
• Help Servers on peak nights bus and reset tables
• Help cooks prep on peak nights and or days.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
