Job description

The "new" South Shore Harbour Country Club is looking for dish washer/prep cook to join our Culinary team providing service for both our casual Member Dining restaurant as well as Private events/banquets.

Experience is preferred but we are willing to train a hard working, conscientious team player.
.Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash and stock dishes as needed
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with prep work as directed
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Stock delivered items as needed throughout the shift
• Maintains neat professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications

• Willing to work/train any station in the kitchen
• Able to commute to the Club using reliable transport
• Must be able to pass Saliva Drug Screen and Background Check

• Quick learner who is open to change
• Good attitude, team player, clear communicator
• Dedicated to quality and meeting the expectations of our Membership
