Tacombi is looking for Dishwashers to join our team at our newest location opening soon in Westbury!

Dishwashers - The most important position in our taquerías. Without clean plates, pots and pans, we could not serve our customers our authentic tacos and provide them with the best Mexican hospitality.

• As a Lavaplatos (dishwasher) you must assure that dish area, kitchen floor, storage are spotlessly clean at all times.
• Must Maintain a clean and organized station, follow Tacombi standard operating procedures and follow NYC Department of Health standards. Including, but not limited to; checking for proper temperatures, using daily temperature logs and submitting logs at the end of shift to chef on duty.
• Throughout your shift you will be changing garbage, mopping and sweeping and changing sani buckets every 2hrs.
• At the end of your shift you must properly cleaned and wrap each item in your station. check out with supervisor on duty.
