Job Duties Include:
- Receive dispatched work orders for HVAC and plumbing service calls via fax and phone in orders.
- Log all work orders into company system software.
- Dispatch work orders to the field techs according to priority.
- Report work order status as required by manager.
- Maintain invoice log for plumbing invoices.
- Provide purchase orders to the vendors.
- Job file set up for all plumbing work orders.
- Submit office supply orders as needed.
- Forward faxes and emails to appropriate personnel.
- Open to working the weekend
- Scheduling and managing service calls and estimates.
- Managing warranty claims.
- Typing, filing and various office duties.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with technicians and customers.
