Moving Company Dispatcher

We are looking for an outgoing individual who thrives in a high-volume leadership focused environment and takes pride in the accuracy of their work.

We are a local customer-centric moving company operating across the west coast. We are seeking to hire 2 Dispatchers for our Tukwila WA location.

General Responsibilities and Tasks

• Oversee all aspects of the moving process.
• Making sure crews make it to jobs in time and in compliance
• Problem Solving
• Keeps up with state/federal employment laws.
• Customer Service
• Hiring/Interviewing
• Compliance, compliance, Compliance
• Pro-Active approach
• Hiring outside vendors
• Scheduling
• Estimates
• Load boards
• Document and regularly update standard operating procedures related to day-to-day Operations

Basic Requirements

• Dispatched for a service Related business 2+ Years
• Friendly and attentive attitude.
• Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Plus++

• Moving Industry Experience
• Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
